The start of March saw UBS celebrate 10 years as a partner of the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team, the series’ dominant team of the last decade, through a social spot which saw the brand sit down and discuss the successful collaboration with some of the team’s famous faces.
The spot, which runs across the banking brand’s digital and social platforms, features drivers Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas, as well as Team Principal Toto Wolff share their highlights and memories from the last 10 years of Grand Prix action.
The creative seeks to drive viewers online to learn more about UBS’ ongoing partnership with the team at its dedicated microsite at https://www.ubs.com/formula1 where the sponsor offers fans insights into how the two organisations work together with a focus on how skills and data-sets are constantly refined to deliver the greatest success story in the recent history of Formula One.

UBS began its partnership with the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team in 2011 and leverages the sponsorship through a strategy based around reflecting the shared values and achievements of UBS and the racing team including a commitment to innovation, talent and teamwork driving performance and success.
The sponsor’s campaign rolled out 24 hours ahead of the team’s official care launch ahead of the new F1 season and its own ‘We Live Performance’ brand campaign.
