On 8 March, three stars of the England’s Women’s Football Team teamed up with Google Cloud for its #IAmRemarkable International Women’s Day initiative which included a campaign and a workshop and which celebrates ‘the most remarkable person of all – yourself’.
Jill Scott, Beth England, and Nikita Parris each paid tribute to a ‘remarkable’ teammate in the workshop before turning the spotlight back on themselves to show the importance of celebrating your own achievements – however uncomfortable it might be.
The trio of Lionesses featured in a 6-minute hero video, which was amplified across Google’s channels and supported by the players’ themselves, in which they discuss how this experience helped them to learn more about themselves and embrace their professional and personal achievements.
For #IWD2021, it's time to celebrate the most remarkable person of all – yourself! ✨

#IamRemarkable is a global Google initiative which sets out to empower everyone, particularly women and underrepresented groups, to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond.
The initiative is hubbed around a microsite and supports women around the world to celebrate their own remarkable achievements.
