The second half of February saw Formula One (F1) team Scuderia AlphaTauri unveiled its 2021 car in what it described as a fashion-forward, digital launch fronted by drivers Pierre Gasly and Yuki Tsunoda.
The launch, which was held at AlphaTauri’s new Austrian showroom in Salzburg and, was amplified digitally led by a hero video running across its social platforms.
The 3-minute, 30-second spot not only features the new look for the AT02 racing car and the drivers, by also promotes the new Alpha Tauri Autumn/Winter 2021 fashion collection and seeks to drive viewers online to the team’s web hub to learn more about the design and the collection and to access the online purchasing platform.
The reveal was teased with a set of video and image-led social content pieces across team and driver channels including some inventive interactive elements.

The team’s new matt blue and white livery spans an on- and off-grid fashion collection which will be send from the start of the new F1 season scheduled for 21 March in Melbourne Australia.
