A ball in hand and a hoop in a backyard is where basketball’s true origins lie and to promote its first games in India the NBA launched a marketing campaign revolving around where it all began.
The initiative, created in harness with creative agency DDB Mudra, the NBA India games campaign is spearhead by a minute long film unveiled a month ahead of the matches

Today basketball is a core part of everyday US culture and conversation and it drives creative approaches not just to sport but also to culture, entertainment and fashion.
This campaign sees it set out to start a journey towards doing the same in a new country – India.
