A first-of-its kind urban transport sited holographic display marked the launch of Skechers’ new DLT-A footwear collection in Singapore.
A three-dimensional shoe, as worn by South Korean brand ambassador and hip-hop star Zico in the accompanying television commercial
was, re-created in mid-air 3D (with Moove media) in a Skechers DLT-A holographic display at Dhoby Ghaut Station on the North East Line (NEL) in Singapore.
The OOH strand of this Skechers’ campaign also features two wallscapes – measuring 9.8m by 4.2m and 1.6m by 13.6m – at NEL’s Dhoby Ghaut station, while matching campaign murals are also on display at Clarke Quay, Sengkang, Serangoon and HarbourFront stations on the NEL.

“We are excited to introduce holographic displays as the latest advertising solution for our clients. Creating 3D holographic displays for retail products is like displaying the actual products,” trumpeted Moove Media’s jayne Kwek.
“Consumers can immediately see how they looks even though the actual products are not on display.”
While Eileen Tan, senior marketing manager at Skechers Singapore said: “We are very excited to incorporate holographic display into our Skechers DLT-A OOH advertising campaign. The holographic display of our DLT-A shoes dancing complements our TVC which showcases new Korean hip-hop rapper Zico dancing down the street in them. It also brings life to the otherwise static 2D wall mural.
