STATSports Launches US APEX Athlete Online Video Series Called ‘Make Yourself Impossible To Ignore’

Following on from September’s UK, club-specific ‘Arsenal FC Edition’ campaign, the British-based GPS performance data outfit STATSports launched its first US marketing campaign promoting its FIFA-approved sports tracking device – the APEX Athlete Series.

The campaign is built around an online video series called APEX Athlete – make Yourself Impossible To Ignore’ which features a team of athlete/investor ambassadors pushing themselves to the limit in training using the company’s APEX Athlete Series pod and vest which links to its real-time data and statistics capture, display and analysis system.

The campaign highlights the updated STATSports Apex Athletes Series app: which enables players of all levels to see how their metrics compare against the elite professionals by building their own personal ‘pro score’. The tech measures, collates and compares athlete performance across 16 key metrics: including maximum speed, high speed running, high intensity distance, step balance, sprints, stress load and more.

As well as a central, hero spot posted on 12 November, there are supporting individual athlete spots starring a strong team of athlete endorsers from the brand’s sports ambassador stable including USWNT stars Megan Rapinoe and Alex Morgan, US men’s team star Timothy Weah, plus  RB Leipzig and US national team player Tyler Adams and New York Red Bulls midfielder Caden Clark, as well as UK football talent, Harry Kane, Raheem Sterling, Harry Maguire, Steph Houghton, Alex Oxlade Chamberlain, Katie McCabe and Calum Chambers.
